IMPORTANT UPDATE
Orders are currently experiencing fulfilment delays of up to 1 week due to increased order volumes and delays caused by the Pandemic. Thanks for your patience while we work to deliver your parcel as quickly as we can.

Due to rising freight and services costs, we now have flat rate shipping fees for most locations. We do ship skateboards, so your parcel will be large and heavy, so we have only passed on a portion of the cost. We cover the rest. We know how excited you are for your new ride to arrive so we ship all orders with express post.

      Does my order need to go through customs?
      We ship orders from Hong Kong. Because your order may be dispatched internationally, it may be cleared through customs.

      What about duties and taxes?
      International orders may have duties and import fees upon delivery. These are to be paid by you to the Courier. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

      Please note, if you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel will be abandoned which will result in a $60 USD fee being deducted from any refund issued back to you. We will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. 

      What countries we currently ship to in Asia?
      Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

      • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
      • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
      • Orders delivered to Singapore, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong SAR are shipped with DPEX.
      • Orders delivered to South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand are shipped with FedEx.
      • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
      • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
      • Shipping fees and items costs may convert to your local currency.
